Welcome to Westcountry Mole Control. We provide pest prevention and control services and specialise in traditional mole catching.

Westcountry Mole Control have been trapping moles for over twenty years, and can provide a mole control services to anyone who has a problem with moles and molehills. Westcountry Mole Control provide traditional trapping methods that quickly and humanely remove moles from your garden, farm, smallholding, playing field or golf course.

We are full members of the Guild of British Molecatchers, which means that we have to abide by a code of conduct, and always consider the welfare of moles.

The Mission of the Guild of British Molecatchers is:

To bring together all skilled people engaged in traditional mole control in order to safeguard the interest of the traditional molecatcher and the public.

To provide clear identification and recognition for members to enable the public to distinguish them from others that may pass themselves as molecatchers

To inspire in its members a sense of respect and responsibility of the services they provide and to maintain a humane and respectful service by encouraging them to operate under the standards within the guild.

To encourage views among members to unite and to bring them to the attention of the government and local authorities to safeguard the future livelihoods of molecatchers and mole welfare.

To support research within the areas that members are engaged benefiting both members and the future of the mole in the United Kingdom
